Description
The HD-LS40 aircraft lavatory service truck is airport ground equipment designed to provide services for the discharge and cleaning of aircraft toilet sewage systems.

This service truck is widely used with Airbus A300, A310, A320, A330, A340, Boeing B727, B737, B747, B767, B777 and COMAC C919.

The lavatory truck is composed of the class II chassis (chassis for the cab), water tank assembly, sewage system, water supply system, tail frame assembly, lifting platform, hydraulic transmission system, and electrical system.

  • The water tank is made of a 3mm thick 304 stainless steel plate, and is composed of a flushing tank (middle), a sewage tank (back), a vacuum pump circulating tank (front) and a tank buffer. Although the three tanks are integrated, they are completely isolated from each other.

    2)The water tank can be turned into an insulation water tank upon customer request.
    3)The water tank and the truck frame are connected and attached using a rubber pad, which reduces truck vibration during movement.
  • Hydraulic Motor / Drive System
    1)The vacuum pump sewage system driven by hydraulic motor offers cleaning services in a convenient, efficient manner for aircraft sewage tanks.
    2)The stainless steel pump is driven by the hydraulic motor, and supplies cleaner for the aircraft sewage truck and lavatory service truck.
  • All operating switches, plugs, and circuit boards are all water-resistant .
